RETURNS: We are always happy to exchange or refund your item within 30 days of your purchase if you’re not happy with it, or it gets crushed in the mail. If your item is lost in the mail, we will send a replacement and cover the costs of re-shipping.
If the postal service claims your item was delivered, but you didn’t receive it, we will send a replacement, but we ask that you cover the cost of re-shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
WHERE IS MY REFUND? If we’ve emailed to let you know your refund has been processed but you still haven’t received it, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or your bank; it often takes a bit of time before your refund is officially posted. SECONDS AND SALE ITEMS: Only regular priced, first quality items may be refunded. Sale items and seconds are final sale only.
